WhatsApp Free Download And Install on iPads or Android Tablets That Support WiFi

Friday, 20 February 2015

As you know, WhatsApp requires an internet connection in order to work, so you either must have a router in your room or you can use a data plan, otherwise, you’ll install this application in vain. If you don’t know how to install WhatsApp on an iPad or an Android tablet that don’t have a cellular connectivity, we’re here to guide you.
If you have a WiFi tablet, you won’t find WhatsApp if you go to Google Play, because there isn’t an official version that supports your device. Anyway, search for WhatsApp APK file on Google and you’ll find tons of websites from where you’ll download it. Before installing the APK file, go to tablet’s Settings menu>Security>enable Unknown sources under Device Administration. After installing WhatsApp, disable this option.
Next, click on the downloaded WhatsApp APK file from the notification bar and click Install, then, after it’s installed, click Open. The next step is to pass the phone verification system. After entering your number, click OK and wait to receive a text message with the verification code. If in 5 minutes you won’t verify yourself with the code, WhatsApp will say that the SMS verification has failed, so you will need to verify yourself via Call me, and when you will be called on your smartphone, pay attention and write down the codification code. Then, enter it on your tablet and this is it.
You’ll be asked if you want WhatsApp to restore your message history from its backup, but since you didn’t perform any backup, you will skip this step. However, after installing WhatsApp on your tablet, forget about using it on your smartphone, because it will no longer work, because the phone number is associated with only one WhatsApp account. If you still want to use WhatsApp on your smartphone, buy a cheap SIM card to use the mobile number. You could use the second number if you have a dual-SIM smartphone, so there’s no need to buy another device. If you live in the UK, try the free PAYG SIMs which will expire a few months later if they’re not used, or if you live in the US, we recommend you to use a Google Voice number. For the US tablet users there’s another Android application called TextPlus with which they can send and receive texts and make phone calls from their tablets.
